Each year, the President submits an annual budget request to Congress and Congress determines and appropriates final funding for federal programs. The Reentry Working Group follows this process very closely each year and supports member organizations in advocating on the behalf of a wide range of federal programs that support reentry and related services at the federal, state, and local level.
